You might need to kiss up, Garland needs to somehow go "Uhh yeah we sorta stayed out of this shit, we didn't really want people to die but we're back now to stake our claim in it...yeah". I can already tell that Garland and Otto will have a fairly fruitful relationship :)

I see House Lannister of the Westerlands as well as Casterly Rock.

Pretty sure this is the correct answer. Both Lannisters had one of the characters the same for sure.

Yup.

Though hopefully I fixed the confusion.
