[/quote]V2s are actually pretty advanced as far as rocketry goes even if they weren't so amazing as weapons. Though the fact they were literally impossible to intercept by WW2 methods made them downright scary in the political sense. I suggest limiting them to later game. With you we have 3 factions of 3 different interests working on their own rocket program so I think it'd be fun if we have a bit of arms race.
