Oh shit no I think my post is just too vague. The timeline was supposed to be : 

-Olof joins Alfheim
- creates successful PK guild
- PKing becomes real
- olofs guild fractures into fringe groups that PK anyway 
- Olof and what's left of his guild huntdown PKing former members  
- PKing  groups get relatively under control a couple of weeks later
- elections happen
