[@Ghost Butt] I think, that Emily and Adriane could mostly be on friendly terms, even if they don't speak much, as much as Emily speaks to others maybe more. Emily would offer help/advice and so on, if needed but she wouldn't want to force Adriane anything. Like any friend, she'd worry about her, be there for her when she can etc. 

I am not really sure, if Emily might like sarcasm much. Even if they are both stubborn. That's all I got so far.
