Weapon:

This weapon is extremely durable and cannot be broken easily (like most weapon's but Nora is unnecessarily stronger. The weapon itself can throw wave's of lethal dust towards any target, though it quickly drain's most of the dust stored within her weapon. The weapon is also reliant on blood. Her sister, the late user of this weapon was crazy enough to sacrifice blood into her own weapon, causing the slashes of lethal dust to become extremely stronger. The amounts of blood required is almost 4 medium-sized bottle caps, in all Osen becomes extremely tired after sacrificing her blood and to sacrifice blood, there is a cartridge smaller than the one that hold's dust at the end of the hilt; Osen then stabs herself at the point part at the end of the hilt and the blade begin to suck in the blood.

Semblance:
Fear Me! Is a semblance that creates a dark field around the user and induces fear. Those affected by the area become morbid, drowsy, and scared. The user becomes weak and very fatigue; Osen usually uses this ability whenever the target is close and since the time limit for the field is short she has to use every millisecond within the field to damage her opponent. Osen's attacks become slugish as well making it hard for her to strike within the field, though when it cancels the affected opponent is still left in shock and fear for only a few more seconds. Osen's fatigue and weakness wears off, the time limit is shorter for the opponent who is affected. ( The time limit's for the affects to wear off for the target affected is in total...5 seconds and for the fatigue to wear off is 3 seconds. The fatigue loss almost feels 'instant'. 

Corruption:
Osens scream is deathly to those around her. In order to use her semblance she sacrifice's part of herself for the time being, losing her humanity; Osen is actually feared by many people. Osen herself has been tangled up with some gang though rumor's state that she had killed them all...though this rumor wasn't actually true it was just a fateful encounter where she was scared, using her scream, and then eventually running away. Due to this certain event she is called a Banshee. Anyways Osen turns into an emotionless slate that is only ordered to kill.
