We're sitting over a crossword at breakfast. I ask "Who is Asta and why does she get a mistress?" (Clue was Asta's mistress)
Hubby goes "Because she's cool enough to have one."
I scoff and go "So, wait, I'm not cool enough to have a mistress? Is that what you're saying?" He laughs and puts his hand on my arm, and I pull away. "No! You said I can't have a mistress. I'm not cool enough."
"My hand isn't a mistress!"
I laugh. "You say that... but before I came along..." I wink and giggle. He gives me that well known man look of 'whatever, you're weird'. So I ask "Did you call her Pamela Handerson?"
He gets this really priceless look on his face and goes "Where do you even GET stuff like that?"
I sniggered and went "INTERNETTT!"
