[@greywolf375] Smaller the Nation/group the fewer ships they get because of manpower and resources. I wouldn't allow my species in it since it's already getting around enough, ask the others. And you can have 3 ships. Freighter, Transport, or Frigate. They can all be Frigates, two frigs and a freighter, etc etc
