[@Kael Taiyou] Nova raised an eyebrow at this oddity. These people seemed to use terms from the oriental, a region of old Terra. However, those cultures had been destroyed in the Great Wars that had marked the end of Terra, and his first emergence. Perhaps in the universe they originated from, these cultures had somehow weathered the Great Wars? Or, even stranger still, the Great Wars had never come to pass. The possibilities were staggering. However, he chose not to mention it. He would discover these things in time, as he himself travelled the realms. He had more important things to discuss. "I don't think there are any safety measures that could have prevented me from accessing it." Nova smiled, thinking for a moment of some of his more amusing exploits back in his home dimension. "Regardless, you can surely see the sense in sharing the capability to travel between worlds with more people. If multiple factions were able to exchange ideas and technology, it would greatly increase our capabilities overall, and allow us to drive back the darkness that seem to almost inevitably appear in every universe. Whilst those of malignant intent are rarely able to cooperate, those who fight for the common good share the same goals." He raised a hand, as if making a speech of sorts, wishing to impress upon her the importance of this information. "Ties between universes could form an impenetrable alliance, a great formation of different yet powerful armies, each of which would do their part against their combined evils. Sharing resources and knowledge would be for the benefit of all involved." He had more to say, of course. However, he was cut off by the appearance of a strange power on this planet. Even here he could sense the echoes it made in the warp, and yet this power was clearly not of the Warp. Foreign and powerful, he reached out to read this strange being's mind. And yet he found himself locked out by it's mechanical nature. It was certainly a dangerous being, he could not imagine any machine wielding that much raw power. And yet, it was followed swiflty by the appearance of another figure on this world. An immense psionic presence, and yet he could feel it's mind linking thousands of lesser beings. An entire fleet had appeared over this world, releasing what appeared to be Drop Pods into the atmosphere. And yet these were not his loyal Space Marines, but mind-linked servants of this larger being, filled with nothing but subservience and suppressed rage. It seemed a new enemy had made it's way to this world, and a grand one at that. He sighed, as he looked over at Midori. "Excuse me, it seems I have some business to attend to." He then stood up from his throne, energy seeming to gather around him like a cloak. He vanished, appearing on top of the palace, a massive man glowing with divine light. He gestured upwards, towards the battleships that had gathered like flies around this planet. He would show them his power, the true might of the God Emperor. The power that had fought the Chaos Gods for 10.000 years as his physical form had rotted away and his mind had decayed. The might that had crushed a billion neverborn worlds, and scoured entire solar systems of light. He would show them the power of humanity, reborn in him. All of it. All of the strength he had never been able to fully display, now so clearly at his fingertips. And the results were terrifying. The sky seemed to quake as the ships felt themselves being pushed and pulled by some invisible force. Alarms blared as the mind-linked servants of the Ethereals sought to perform emergency repairs. The fleet was thrown into disarray, ships strewn across the sky as if by the careless hand of a God. And then, as the Emperor's power reached it's peak, each stood suddenly still. With the might of a God, he crushed them. Ships kilometers long, filled with thousands of soldiers. Every single ship in the sky was crushed like a can of soda, imploding on itself as the interior was squeezed out through the now shattered windows. Technology that could resist the force of a nuclear impact with negligent ease, annihilated in a single instant. The Emperor sighed. Even for him, this had been a tiring feat, and he was well aware that the greater threat had not been dealt with. The one they had all served was already on the planet's surface, as were many of his warriors. They were far from his current position, however, and he would deal with them once he had rested. Perhaps he would also have to deal with the mechanical monstrosity he had sensed before, but he could sense no animosity from that being. Once it displayed any form of malign intent, he would consider it his responsibility to intervene. Such was the duty of the God Emperor of Mankind. Forever bound to lead his sheep through the darkness, to shelter them from the horrors they could not understand. Once more, the Emperor appeared in the throne room of the Imperial Palace. "Now, shall we continue? I believe I have made my case. Our cooperation could only better the multiverse." He sat down, as his mind began designing several suits of armour around him. Even as he spoke to Midori, matter rearranged itself to suit his will. He was forming the armour of the Thunder Warriors, or the Space Marines as they had later become known. Perhaps it was time for him to forge his soldiers on this world once more.
