Note: I will not engage in PM diplomacy. Anything I do I plan on exposing here. If the metagaming becomes too much for me to care about I'll just leave.

Initial plans:
-Read a manifesto about imperial corruption to the Allied Galactic Republic, stating how despite how they say they have nothing about their military operations to hide still employ Pomeranian mercenaries and how despite forcing nationalized industries on their people they allow the Enlil consortium to rule over an entire system because it belonged to someone close to the Emperor. Basically, they are two faced.

-Suggest a cap on how many ships a state can have, to allow the smaller ones to join the level of major ones and prevent cold war buildup of weapons.

-Begin the solar fusion research protocols, offer to buy enviro ships from Enlil for space exploration and share result of research with the nations that will partake in the research program, aiming at better understanding solar fusion to create more energy cheaper.

-Establish a network of contact within the AUO and not even do it covertly. Allow the local velukan ambassador to be seen as a 'scientist's sugar daddy', offering scientists almost infinite resources for certain research, thus presenting socialism as a doctrine allowing for better use of resources than pure capitalism and acquire AUO tech and expertise. As well, establish spy network.
