Possibly either a younger nation with an emphasis on guerilla warfare and shamanic magic... or the cliche over used warrior nation... maybe have a twist with them using old fashioned swords.

I'm friendly as well. I have no interest in conquering the universe. Maybe just a small chunk of it :)
