I have decided Kumogakure's relation to everyone else politically. Behold:

[b]Kumogakure was not in the good graces of Konoha and the Land of Fire. Political relations due to its reform into the Land of Rising Sun are kind of shaky as the Land of Lightning isn't sure how to take things. Hence the ambassador from them to figure out relations or whatnot.

Kumo and Suna are kind of Neutral. Kumo and Iwa have bad relations at the moment, though more from Iwa being isolationist after the war. Kumo and Kiri also have bad relations due to the war, but currently Kumo isn't bothering with them.[/b][hr]
So I need you to figure out your relation to the other villages. At the very least, Innue and Neyu can do it and that will just mean that Iwagakure needs to figure out their relation to Kirigakure since that'll take care of everything else.
