I'll make my response post tomorrow. Sorry everyone - I've been busy competing in a few tournaments. 

Also, my stance on the whole new player thing is that we should probably draw the line at twenty without more GMs, and ideally with another. I can't in good conscious ask the current GMs to do that much work!
