The IC is finally up!

Sorry for the long wait everybody, but it's finally up and pardon ahead of time that's it a bit vague with the leader's arguement but I didn't want to make paragraph long dialogue between Wynne and Alicia which might make it hard to start for others. But I write actual lines for them when people talk to them and get involved~
