[@Caits] Has what you been eating lately been different from your regular diet? I also like to make this very tasty home made granola sometimes. It's a very healthy alternative to junk food for when I want a snack. I actually got it from a Nigella video. From memory, it has peanuts, a small amount of cocoa, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds, rolled oats etc. You can really put anything you want in it and remove things to your taste. It's easy to make because assembling it is just a matter of putting all your ingredients in a bowl, adding some honey and syrup and any spices you like (I used ginger and cinnamon) and then mixing it all up. Then you just bake it for like 50 minutes and crumble it up. I quite enjoy it.
