RIA and RIN have good enough crews and soldiers and are AI assisted [s]but there is totally a lack of secret super soldier stuff which obviously never and cannot exist hush hush[/s]. Plus some of the other stuff I'm planing.

If I had to say it, the "victory condition" for Ryukyu isn't as much as conquer and subjugate than it is to basically rule over the entire econamy by out producing everyone else and making JP Morgan and Rockefeller proud.
