Tired from work. Trying to keep my energy up.
Don't over stress yourself!
Are you drinking enough water? Water is natural energy! And good food, a good diet. Man, mine at the moment is awesooome! That and the gym. Generally if you need something to keep you going through the day, id go for carbs, foods that will have a long lasting effect, not foods that are highly processed or high on sugar, fat. Although not too many carbs, cause carbs can increase weight, if you don't do exercise.
