Looking through your app, there's really not much to it, so it would benefit a lot by expanding on things and being more descriptive. Not expecting a novel for each piece by any means, but some parts of the NS benefit greatly from having more to define them. Case in point being the species section, in which I personally feel that you need to expand more on what each species actually is. Saying they are lizards is rather vague and generalizing.

@Alfhedil
I updated the app, especially on the Species section. I removed the multiple species, and instead made it a single species with multiple characteristics. If there's anything I still need to fix or add, I'd like to hear additional feedback.

Updated on Technology. Added more information on what specific sciences they study, and vehicle use.

Hunter gatherers with genetic engineering technology?

Interesting.

I'd say something about population troubles from the whole hunting and gathering as your main source of food thing, but this is space opera so it'd be nitpicking.

Considering how skewed the Saru's tech development its impossible to give a meaningful comparison.

Human tech may be the mario of tech levels. Perhaps there may be the key to figuring out where your civ should place compared to everyone else.

At this point what I'm thinking of using as defining techs for a "fully developed" civilization is FTL travel and communications, terraforming, and advanced metamaterials. I'm sure I'll be adding more to the list later on, but that's what's come to mind thus far.

Terraforming is a lot harder than people give it credit for. It requires like, super advanced technology to do it in anything less than a couple generations.

Hence why I consider it part of the curriculum for being a "developed" country in this sci-fi RP.

From the general description of the setting in the OP I don't imagine everyone actually has FTL travel themselves or developed it, since the premise of the RP is the existence of artifacts including FTL gates left behind by a pre-existing alien race. So no one really has free FTL in the since they can warp-drive to whatever system they want, they have to use the abandoned gate left behind by the Precusors to pull it off.

From the answer I got it seemed that people did still have FTL. It's just that it's less Stargate wormhole drive and more Mass Effect speeds. So we can get to nearby star systems but not places half the galaxy away.

You also have to take into account travel time within star systems. Without FTL, or at the very least FAS (fast as light), technology you're looking at days, weeks, or months to get from one planet to another.
