1. As stated pions work outside of the regular and therefore do not attain rankss llike bracus or valus

2. As a psion connected to the sand eaters you would probably control a large portion of the psions attached to the leegion and possibly a small number of regular cabal guards (Like... 100 or so psions and 20 cabal as they are all less about skill and more about numbers)
