That sounds really cool! Around what time period in the fallout universe would this take place? Would this be set up before the events of Fallout 4? Where exactly in the timeline were you thinking? Also, With the synth retention bureau aspect, could there be outside forces that have helped the synths escape, like say the vault dweller or the chosen one etc.?
