On the one hand, Alan would look blind if he doesn't see Astra. On the other hand, you interacting with Unknowable will create character interaction, and thus development, as well as present his character with a dilemma.

Hmm, I could post to say that Alan [i]did[/i] notice Astra, but decided to leave her alone for some reason...
