All 3 nations you mentioned are shaped up based on a certain idelogy and revisionism. While your British may do the exact same these claims are also grouped with practicalities like the territories being right next to each other. In case of Britain your claims are all over the place and would only make sense if the balance of powers and other conditions are the exact same a they were in the 19th century.
Also I can't speak in the name of others but barring the fact current Hungary is a pushover in terms of military there's nothing really unrealistic about Neo Hungaria.:btw
