Description:
One of the bestial Metahumans, Madeline's mutations aren't to the extent of others in her class. She looks much more like a combination of a cat, and man. Instead of having fur, Madeline has Snow Leopard patterns on her skin. Not all over her skin, they're on the outside parts of her skin (Meaning, there's no under her arms/wrist, no patterns in between her legs, etc) and they're on her arms, legs, back, and some go up on her neck. Instead of human ears, she has cat ears, along with fangs, and blue, vertically silted, cat eyes. Madeline is one of the NEST Agents native to Verthaven that was cycled around the states - called back during the Verthaven crisis. She soon joined RAVEN at the behest of Maximilian.

Feline Physiology & Cyromancery.Madeline has two separate abilities. On a lesser extent, she has traits from the feline kingdom. Their claws, their strength, senses, speed, agility, and their reflexes. Which makes her pretty terrifying up close and personal. The other half of her ability comes in the form of Ice Manipulation. She can generate ice, freeze anything by touch, and telekinetically move ice. She can also fire beams of ice which freeze anything on touch.
