About the powers. As far as the blood work, if you have ever seen deadman wonderland, think scarecrow and his crow claw. That's what I mean with blood work. Speed and all is self explanatory. It means he's faster, more agile and can do both for much longer periods of time.enhanced strength is the same thing self explanatory. 

Also, the Mafioso, is just the Italian mob. His last name is that of lucciano, one of the most infamous mobsters of the 40s-50s. I changed it around so it could fit vampires but I can def elaborate on that if you wish. And as far as Flames and stuff, I saw that the werewolf was approved for that. Only difference is he put it under other and not power though fists being on Flames would be a power but I digress. I will go in and edit it momentarily.
