The wolves were always so quick to anger, it must be a side effect of their curse. While Jeanette didn’t really care to fight, this girl didn’t scare her either. “Oh, Puppy~” Jeanette began with a teasing coo. “I’m afraid you’ve got me all wrong. I don’t want to paint Jonny’s tables with anyone’s blood, mine or yours. Fighting doesn’t interest me too much, my skills are better off suited for other arts. I was just giving you a warning of my own. When Therese does find out about this, and she will find out, you better keep your eyes open. My sister might look picture perfect, but she’s always been the violent one…” Jeanette’s eyes drifted off into the distance “ever since she sent daddy’s brains spattering against the silly clown wallpaper…” she said in a mumbled, sing-song tone - and then promptly burst into a fit of giggles. “I’m sorry-” another chortle followed before she achieved some semblance of professionalism. “You and yours may do your little investigation; I guarantee that we Capers have nothing to hide, when it comes to these matters, that is. I will inform my sister of your intentions, but I can’t make any guarantees about her response, Duckling.” After having said her piece, Jeanette turned her back to the wolves and walked back to the bar. Skirt-clad Jeanette had one of those swaggers that made you sad to see her go, but love to watch her leave. Anya and the mysterious hybrid were in a good ol’ fashion tiff. Jeanette watched on and clapped giddily. She might not like to fight herself, but that didn’t mean that she didn’t enjoy watching others do so. Jon wanted Anya to leave too, but what fun would that be.? “Oh, c’mon, Kitten. Let her stay, you know this is the most excitement your bar has seen in weeks.” She teased Jonathan, lighting biting her stuck out tongue after doing so. Jeanette hopped back onto her bar stool beside Theta and sipped on the drink she had abandoned. “But if you insist on taking away all the fun, we can always bring the party to my place.” She suggested and used a finger to slide one of the flyers along the bar to Theta. “I’d love to have you.” the double entendre slid smooth as silk off her tongue.
