Most interesting battle indeed it would be, but I believe Raven would have an edge with his necromatic abilities. Allucard is still obviously an undead capable of being controlled by a necromancer. Only saving grace for him is his will and ability to disrupt his opponents focus which is sort of a counter at least. 

But either way, I would like to see the battle if it ever comes
