[@Prostagma] I'm..going to have to deny that CS. As much as I like the idea, if anyone saw that thing walking down the street it'd get lynched. The government would also be all over the NYPD for allowing such a thing without informing them as well. 

I'm sure it's against a number of regulations to hire legally dead officers stitched together.

Possibly, edit it to not be a version of frankensteins monster?

Again, I really like the character and it's story a lot, I just can't see it meshing with this RP.
