There's already two characters who come pre-made with Force training, so I'm going to say no on that aspect, as the characters were supposed to be fresh apprentices and those aforementioned characters were already special cases.  And with that being the case, it would not make sense for literally all of her skills to be Jedi related.  What's more, that puts her easily above everyone else in combat situations, which is very meta-gamey.  

Whichever side you intend to join, you won't be a part of it already when you introduce your character.  The RP has already started, so we don't want to shoehorn new characters in with retcons saying they were always there.
