How the SuperNova Generation Came to Be
The SuperNova Generation, while born with the raw potential to rival some of Allaria's more renowned combatants, had a second catalyst. No doubt some of the Generation would have come into their unique manipulations, or physical prowess, on their own - but being just on the outskirts of some of the most legendary battles, between the likes of the Paradii, the Nexus, Creation, Glitch, and others, had a stimulating effect as well. Places where major battles took place were saturated with residual energies, regardless if magic was used during the bout. With the manipulations of the Cult, and the Mystics, this power was cultivated and released into nearby civilizations. In other cases, the power reached out to those who had a little something extra. Both of these resulted in the formation of the SuperNova Generation, as well as cities with odd properties. Many of the Generation have no connection to the prime fighters of Allaria, but there are cases where some connections do exist. In the case of Tei'taro, he is the brother of Kei'taro, a well known fighter in Allaria and the universe he traveled too. The Mad Jester modelled himself after a wretched Hellequin turned God, Alchviem Falden. The rest happened by chance, or perhaps Fate. There is talk that two potential SuperNovas had already arrived in the Angar-Rylla multiverse, Dyayun and Tre'Yan, the boxing prodigies. Their status as SuperNovas, however, is unconfirmed. Both the Tome of Creation, heralded by the Cult, and the Manifesto of Existence, coveted by the Mystics, mention the SuperNovas. In the Manifesto: "The prophesized SuperNovas have the greatest potential for power in the greater Allaria world. The first inkling of them arrived and vanished, a minute amount of energy, unique in composition, but seemingly unimportant. The world hunts for a future without fighting, without needless massacre - and these Novas, as they are called, could lead that charge." The Tome reads: "The SuperNova Generation, boundless potential to change the face of the world, is perhaps the most terrifying thing to ever be etched by the magic of the two Father and Mother books. With the deaths and leaving of the prime fighters, the SuperNovas have the potential to save or destroy a universe." The Novas were unable to participate in the War of Allaria due to the combined efforts of the Mystics and the Cult, who were worried that their participation could upset the balance. The only one that was able to cross through the various barriers was the Classless Man, armed with no discernible magic prowess, and an oversized paintbrush, pencil, and a bucket for a helmet. As more Novas arrived to the field, the Mystics and the Cult quit the area, witht eh former possessing the body, mind, and soul of one of the soliders to implant the idea of looking for the last generation of fighters, the ones who could end the war. While possessing the potential to shape the world, good or bad, without any guidance the Novas were more likely to do harm than good.
