"I think that we will begin the orientation to the various equipment. Please follow me to the first room. This room is called the Exercise Room. Most of the equipment are self explanatory. If you have a question, please ask. No question is too dumb to ask. Starting with the first station.
1) Tread Mill
2) Bicycle 
3) Abs Machine 
4) Work Bench 
5) Dumb Bells - I need to be in the room when the dumb bells are used and they are locked up when I am not here. In fact the room is locked when I am not on the floor.
6) Rowing Machine 
7) Leg Machine 

I am open to any questions?" 
Lady Avalon turned to the students and asked with her hands on her hips.
