For all intents and purposes, she is Breton. Though Roze would have minor Nordic traits inherited from her dad, her race should be listed as Breton. This also means that her frost resistance should be lower, as in >10%. 

You have one more adept skills than what is allowed. I would recommend downgrading alteration to apprentice, because there isn't much about it in her background. If you choose to do this, her adept level spells have to be voided as well. Alternatively, you could take an apprentice skill down to novice. In this case, you'll need to tell me how Roze learned alteration in her bio. No matter which option you take, you'll need to get rid of fire spell since destruction is not listed on your sheet.

Another issue is her food reserve. For someone with no provisioning skill, she is lugging around an awfully lot of ingredients. I have no problem with her having all of that, but she'll need to store some back in camp and not carry around an entire kitchen on patrol. I do like the garlic though, useful against vampires.
