AHH I KNEW I WAS FORGETTING SOMETHING

Completely blanked when it came to her magic, I was so damn focused on her backstory. I'll add in her Alteration skills - I also took a look at the skills section you put up and thought that I could substitute one Novice and one Apprentice for an Adept; rather than two Apprentice for one Adept skill - I just misread, sorry about that.

I also put in so much food because my assumption would be - big camp, not much food, which is why she has so much. Not gonna be bringing it all with her in a fight though, as you said, haha. :D I did make it a bit smaller though.
