Angel was silent for the whole seven mile hike to the research centre. It wasn't uncommon for her to be quiet, however considering the circumstances it may have been a tad unnerving for the rest of the squad. The weight of the rifle on her back was enough to make the walk feel even longer than it was, but not nearly enough to tire her out significantly. She gripped the pistol firmly, scanning their surroundings for any movement, keeping an eye on the motion detector in the upper right hand corner of her HUD.

As they crested the hill that would put the ONI facility into view, Iris chimed up with a rather grim message for the current situation, sound a bit too happy to see the building in such a state "Welcome to ONI Research Facility: Horizon Lieutenant."

Angel scanned the facility for movement or other signs of life from 200m back down the scope of her rifle, waving the all clear to the rest of the squad "No movement, we're clear to move in." She quickly jogged to catch up with the rest of the squad and brought out her pistol once again, it being her main CQC weapon of choice. "Orders sir?"
