I might use just red if people in this RP will read what is important. But I am not saying that I will, just might. It wouldn't bother me if there were flags in my yard because I have had flags galore in my yard. All the various utilities, cable, construction company, the company who does out furnace cleaning and the yard crew left several signs about winterizing the yard. All of them were up from a week to 6 weeks due to utilities, cable people and the one from the heating company which was a way to get a free cleaning.

I guess you can say for the most part I am fairly lenient when it is a temporary thing. Just don't get your hopes up.
