Well, the condition of Lapis at the moment appeared to be some cuts all over her body, probably from self-inflicted crystal wounds or something. Though, something noticeable was that her left cheek began to emit a blue light... a distorted refractive light... almost like a broken diamond just waiting to shatter apart.

Abel only sighed in dismay upon seeing Lapis like this, and he could tell it was self-inflicted wounds. Though, he didn't bother to mention the true meaning of the crystallized crack on Lapis's cheek. He didn't want to worry the others so heavily on Lapis's abnormal condition. He checked the status of all of his demons through his COMP (from what I know, it looks like a DS almost), and was relieved to know that his demons were faring well so far. Though, he hoped to run into his cousin/brother Naoya so he could get an upgrade on his demon summoning program.

[color=red]"Well, what now?"[/color] the teenage demon overlord idly commented as he took it upon himself to carry Lapis's unconscious body bridal style. It wasn't that much of a problem for him, especially when it's for the girl he's fallen in love with.
