From what I am seeing, Saber cloth could chip him. And when I mean chip, I mean literally, maybe pierce a quarter of an inch in. Maybe knock a few flakes off of him. His skin is still stronger. 

Also, vibranium seems to be weaker then Saber cloth in terms of overall survivability, but it provides better defense for its wearer since it takes both energy and pure force. However it has a lower threshold for strain before it overloads and breaks. I'll be posting the whole quick study in a little bit.
