Skylar was relieved to hear David and Erion agree with her and see him immediately heal Asgore. Before she could introduce herself or lead the search for Frisk, she heard a familiar voice and she turned to see that Sans had appeared as well, and Mettaton hadn't listened to a word what she said. To her misfortune, she was standing in Mettaton's firing blast. The beam hit her as she turned to face Mettaton in order to tell him to wait. As soon as the beam attack was done, she fell to her knees. Her soul, a reddish pink heart was visible and showed that she was very close to dying ([i]Her HP is at 1.[/i]).
She couldn't say anything as she breathed heavily and tried to stand up. She wheezed at Mettaton, "Are...you...satisfied? W-We need...to go...find...Fr-isk..."

She limped trying to lead the search party again. Of course, she normally would've been surprised to see her soul, but she ignored it for now considering that they were just standing around.
