Oh yeah. I've studied physics, Anti-matter is REALLY nasty stuff. 2 grams of it is all you need to equal a bomb thats about 2x stronger than the one we dropped on hirosima. 

Although I don't know if Anti Matter also converts the matter it erases also into energy or not. If it does, thats 4x stronger or there about. Only 4x more to double the blast radius!
