I'd actually really, really love it if Fiona and Penny can be friends, or at least well acquainted with one another.
[s][sub]BEAST METAS, UNITE![/sub][/s] For real though, [@Verminlord]'s Chloe include, Penny might be a bit clingy when it comes to other beast metas at first. Nothing obnoxious like hanging on your arm, or kissing ass -- but more so 'lost-puppy' status. Following you around, wanting to go where you go, and so on.

Diana and Wendy might make Penny a little nervous to be around, but after spending sometime together -- or at least with Wendy, Penny will likely warm up and open up more around them. So a neutral impression sounds about right.
