Sorry for being absent, I haven't given up on this yet, I'm just trying to dig up inspiration. I'll probably have something ready this next week at most.

Also, I liked the second map it's much more detailed and interesting. IMO, all you would have to do is mark the important locations with numbers and describe them separately.
