Personality:  He likes machines.  They're easy to understand, often easier than humans.

Bio: He was working on the computer system for the Stadium when the bombs fell.  He woke up a few hours later with his hair falling out and his skin flaking.  He activated the intercom system and asked for everyone that was still alive to meet him in the announcer box.  After they did, they talked and decided to fix the place up and turn it into a trade hub for the new irradiated world.
He currently works there as a mechanic, keeping the equipment and robots repaired.  He's also on the city council, where he's in charge of keeping the infrastructure working.
