Out-of-Character
___________________________________________________________________________
In this installment, you will be playing as a Superhuman prisoner who broke free from the ORB (the most secured and heavily guarded prison facility of the world) with the help of S.C.A.R. In exchange for your freedom, you are given a chance to join forces with Lloyd Washterson (the current leader of S.C.A.R.'s operations) to help him further institute his plans for the government and the people responsible for his father's death. Refusal will result to hold you captive and serve as a subject for future negotiations. [s][sub]Basically, there is no other choice.[/sub][/s] Welcome to S.C.A.R. - a superhuman RP I've been having thoughts about for the past couple of weeks. This is inspired by the Marvel and DC universes and a number of movies I've yet to name. As you should all know, it will be my first time GMing so I hope we can help each other out and make this RP a really fun experience. Information listed here are all of the things you need to know about the RP's story. Please do bother reading it even though the premise of this RP is largely familiar and can be easily understood since we all have our fair share of participation to a variety of superhuman RPs. What S.C.A.R. focuses on is the concept of teamwork, so I expect to discard all of your "one man shows" as it is not fully intended for this RP. Solo arcs are always good for character development but since this will be an RP driven towards the main plot, it would be best to keep it all balanced but not entirely meaning that it should be avoided. Speaking of the main plot, I will discuss that to you often OOC and of course, suggestions are highly recommended. Things will be a bit fast-paced as well so if you aren't in favour of it, we can discuss your thoughts via PM. There will be eight slots for those interested to join, though I can consider on having up to a maximum of 10 players in total. So I hope everyone will have fun and please be nice to each other. We're going to be a happy family here.

S.C.A.R. HQ
___________________________________________________________________________
WIP

Although reported to cause numerous of malfunctions ever since it was re-established, the simulation room is still considered to be operational regardless. With constant maintenance being handled on a regular basis due to the computer systems frying up or giving glitched imitations. The simulation room is as what it seems. It was built to create artificial scenarios so that S.C.A.R. members will be fully prepared for their upcoming missions. Most of the scenarios are placed on likely situations such as infiltration and facing armed government soldiers which are mimicked by AI. There are also some other scenarios but those are currently under development at present time.

The armory takes up its name as to where large supplies of S.C.A.R.'s weaponry are being reserved. It doesn't house weapons alone however, as it's also a place where power suits are being developed and crafted. Each reserve of weapons are stored inside steel hatches locked by a security code only accessible by registered fingerprints. They are also systematically organized by means of the weapons' firepower.

Segregated from all of the other facilities as it is located on the greater depths of S.C.A.R.'s underground headquarters. A transportation pod must be utilized in order to gain access to the living quarters through a tunnel system as it is actually a different facility itself built from a number of segments. Every member of S.C.A.R. has his/her own bed space, meaning that there can't be more than one person on a certain room. Cameras are installed on hallways just to make sure that there are no suspicious activities being held.

Built for the purpose of enhancing one's skill for hand-to-hand combat. Sparring is known to be a common practice here. On the center lies a steel platform where the duelists are supposed to spar. There is no referee in existence but an automated system that identifies the victor. Before a duel, the people who are involved are required to be scanned first by an installed system before entering the steel platform. The purpose of which is to identify whether or not the participants have physical injuries or are generally fit to be in a sparring activity. Each spar is automatically recorded and logged by a computer system.

A place to develop one's physique. Once you are a member of S.C.A.R., you are required to do physical workouts 2 times a week at minimum. Logging your workout session is a must so that it will track your weekly gym requirement. Failure to meet the minimum weekly sessions will implement you a 3-day extra workout session on the following week. General meetings are also being held here on a regular basis whether it'd be plans about advancing S.C.A.R.'s technological endeavors or plotting their next move for the government. Furthermore, this is where inbound and outbound communications are taken up as well as an open ground for data breaching from classified government information.

The best place where you can choose to eat good food, drink your preferred beverage, socialize with other S.C.A.R. members or just sit back and watch movies on a giant TV screen planted at the center. The canteen holds a variety of cuisines ranging from Japanese, Italian, Mexican and etc. all thanks to S.C.A.R.'s chefs Beatrice Turner and James Fidel. A bartender also sit there for everyone's alcoholic conveniences.

Plot Overview
___________________________________________________________________________

Following the unexpected but organized breakout commenced at the ORB, S.C.A.R. later realized their plans were far from being successful despite how the media claimed it to be. A former general who served Nicholas Washterson before was a prime target for their cause, knowing that if he managed to escape, S.C.A.R.'s resurfacing will be in a nick of time. Unfortunately, he didn't make it due to situations that intercepted their strategies. What needs to be done is to go back and plan his escape as his knowledge about the previous war is as important as S.C.A.R.'s revolutionary stand for Superhumans. You will be taking part on this specific task as your first mission.

Will be discussed soon.
