[@boomlover] woah, I like him. Really cool and unique weapon idea. I can't wait to see how you use it. As for the semblance, it should be something that reflects his personality. I can probably think of something but I'd rather you come up with it. :) Either way, it's totally fine for him to figure out what his semblance is IC.

That said, he is accepted. 

You should totally make the weapon compatible with dust. Just imagine the possibilities! No pun intended :)
