Few things. First, and biggest problem, him being the princess's personal guard won't work for both story reasons and logical reasons. Story-wise, there is not princess and the current king is not of the hyrule line. Logically, the personal guard of royalty would not join up with a group of rouges and go wandering all over the country.

Next, the three weaknessess. Three is a repeat of one, and I would like you to explain number two a little better.

Being able to cook, hunt, gather and fish, and be 'excellent' at all of them is a bit...much. Pick one of those things.

Next, we have a sheikah and there are some special circumstances around them. I beveive some of the details are in a character sheet. Plus, equality and discrimination contradict the sheikah, in general. They are secrative and don't care much what people think about them. With that, no sheikai would not join the
guard because they are their own sect, with a similar, but bigger job then the soldiers.

Sorry, but there is way too much that doesn't work with your character. I suggest re-thinking him completely. (Although, you don't have to)
