Okay. So first off, if you want to have a faceclaim for your character, I highly recommend using real life pictures or CG portraits if possible. It's not that I dislike anime (heck, I'm a heavy fan of it even) it's just that it isn't the theme fit for the RP. Also, her age. It's clearly a fault of mine because I forgot to state that the minimum age a character can have is 20 years old because the ORB will not house Superhuman prisoners below the age of 19 as stated by the government. Cia might have committed a crime but the best way the government can handle her ― being a Superhuman herself ― is to let her be contained at a mental institution. Additionally, I have a few doubts regarding how her powers are explained. She has telekinesis yet is capable of bearing some sort of communication towards the other world? Well, I have nothing against it but it's quite vague to me. I recommend using this [url=http://powerlisting.wikia.com/wiki/Superpower_Wiki]website[/url] if you want to have basis for your character's power as it helped me a lot when I joined a couple of superhuman RPs. Lastly, I think the term 'Yandere' is far from being associated with the RP's theme. Again, the anime prospect isn't really tackled here.
