At age 11, one day the Reverse Flash came and killed his mother, and his father was framed for it. He tried to tell people about the man in yellow killed his mother, but everyone thought he was only trying to protect his dad, or he was in denial. Joe West, father of Iris West and uncle of Wally West took Barry in, and raised him. Barry grew up to be a CSI at CCPD, he dealed with autopsies. He was pretty good at his job. He met a cool guy named Ralph Dibny one day, and they became good friends, Barry even became the best man at Ralph's wedding. Life was getting better for Barry. Then one day, he was struck by lightning from the S.T.A.R. Labs portal accident that killed thousands, He was in a coma for one year, and one day he woke up in S.T.A.R. Labs next to three people, Felicity Smoak, Cisco Ramon, and Eobard Thawne. They found out he had rapid cell regeneration, and super speed. A few days later, he decided to become the guardian of Central City, the Flash./center]
