I don't see any problems with the form itself, but I should probably mention that self-based qi manipulation is standard for those who are able to use qi. I mean, there's nothing wrong with super-heavy specialization, though.

So yeah, accepted, since I see no issue here. Drop it in the Characters tab and stand by for now.
