Siegfried is practically immortal. Age doesn't affect him because of the dragon blood.
Fair enough. I assume
@The Harbinger of Ferocity has a fairly long-lasting character, and
@Belwicket's character is rather young and I believe durable age wise as well;
@Jon Y's is pretty young and half-elf;
@Letter Bee's is also pretty young.
How long the timeskip will be is the question I think; we have some mortal characters so obviously centuries would take some out of the loop unless they had near-exact descendents. I think a cap of 30 years skip is reasonable; everyone should still be alive at that point from what it looks like unless I missed an active person who has a character that wouldn't last that long. Not in their primes, but at the least it would give them the experience to handle some of the other things cooking up.
Location switch I have taken a liking to, if only for a fresh start, and something that I would think better especially if the timeskip was shortened to say, 5 years or so. It would allow for a unique setting, shift of timelines, leave behind characters that "died" in this RP and give those who want to drop out a story-plausible reason for not being involved. And it would probably help with the rather awkward ending we have here.
Also, what do you folks think of this starting back up post-holidays? I'm thinking that would be most convenient and allow for the holiday slowdown to pass over, and give plenty of time for
@IcePezz and myself to build some things up.
