I certainly like the idea, and I always appreciate the wisdom that flows from[@The Harbinger of Ferocity] :)

I personally tend to like simple. I think simple is always the best way to go, because it's usually the easiest way to add depth and keep consistent. And I've never heard the term faff before :p 

And god knows I tend to use the same, boring character concept for nearly every rp I join. :p Sure I've got a few different backgrounds and descriptions that I rotate, but they're all usually of similar style.
