Appearance: A busty, beautiful redheaded woman, a little shorter than average.
Race: Human

Gear: Sniper Rifle, Chinese Machine Gun, Combat Shotgun, Jingwei's Shocksword, Auto Axe
Bio: Jessica had been raised inside a vault, escaping when she was 19 to begin hunting for her father. Within a month, she had destroyed Megaton, found and helped her father, using the Brotherhood of Steel to help destroy the Enclave that had caused the death of her father. She destroyed one of the enclave bases before leaving the Brotherhood base with a set of power armor. Weeks later, she found a group of raiders and, with a little effort, held the leader at gunpoint. It was then she collected her first raider women for her army.
Misc: She owns a slave named Clover.

@Belwicket The bio is basically just a summary of choices from Fallout 3 with your own twist. I would like a more original concept, also she has her own army of raider which is kind of overpowered. If she had destroyed the Enclave's base she would be well into her eighty's.

And the likely hood of a raider army helping the BoS and minutemen against the enclave is on the slim side. She escaped her vault whe she was nineteen, it took her a year to take over an entire raider army, save her dad and defeat an enclave base?

@AdamantiumWolfShe doesn't have an army yet. She's only just started collecting female Raiders to begin an army. As for the Enclave, she hasn't killed all of them but has destroyed a few of their biggest camps/sanctuaries, which would put them on the defensive, if not on the retreat. I know almost nothing about the Fallout Lore, all I know is what I've played through of Fallout 3 and New Vegas. I do, however, know how to play an evil bitch who wants everyone to bow to her.

Lol okay, though my point still being, she's only been out of the vault for a year, it's highly unlikely she would have accomplished all that, now the BoS, Minutemen and the Diamond city guard all have large issues with the Enclave, how has one girl fresh outta cryo taken out large enclave bases? I'd say back that up a lot, maybe she's taken out a small handful of lesser Enclave operations, bump up her age OR her out of Vault experience time then resubmit and see what our good friend @Apollosarcher thinks.

She hasn't accomplished everything you're saying.

She ignored everything else that was not standing in the way between her and her father, finding him rather quickly. I would guess a couple weeks at max. From then, she traveled with him for a few days before losing him again. Somewhere during her hunt, she would have destroyed Megaton because the people there were stupid enough to worship a live nuke. That would be about 3 weeks.

Since it was the Enclave that had caused his death, she partnered up with the Brotherhood. After seeing their big robot, she asked how many they had. They did only have 1 so she told them to begin construction on another 1 and she led the charge with the first one to the first big enclave base in the Capitol Wasteland. As she thought, the first one had been destroyed, but it had done a good job of making a big enough hole in the wall for her to get in and start killing people. She returned to the Brotherhood sanctuary but the second robot wasn't ready so she took some power armor training and went to the next Enclave base with a handful of Brotherhood stealthers. They killed everyone in this base with their stealth, a few of them having to use stealth-boys. By the time they got back to the Brotherhood base, the second robot was ready for the big attack on the third big Enclave base in the Capitol Wasteland. However, because they took the first one down, they knew how to take it down again, so she used it as a distraction to sneak in the back and kill everyone inside while everyone outside was fighting. That would take about 3 months.

After that, she began wandering. She Paradise Falls, bought a slave to carry her things, and went back to wandering. This could take as long as 6 months or as little as 6 days.

In her timeline, it has been less than a year, she used the leader of a band of raiders as a hostage to get the female raiders in the group to join her before killing the leader. She has just now started collecting them for her army. She hasn't gotten more than 4. That would take a couple days at most.

@Belwicket the cryo thing was a joke, nonetheless, was she trained as an assassin when in the fault? Cause if she killed three bases full of enclave at the age of twenty freshly out of a vault..

Name: Jason Mythious

Appearance: Stands 10'4 went straight, 7'8 when hunched.

Race: Super mutant

Age: I couldn't read a specified year so I'll will say he was 10 when the bombs dropped.

Skills: He can smash stuff, was a bio medical scientist. He is also a decent armor Smith (he can make armor that won't fall apart immediately if that counts)

Gear: his enclave holo tags, back pack for his size, special plasma rifle with no ammunition, modified fireman's axe, and some plated metal and rags fashioned into makeshift armor and clothes.

Bio: Jason grew up in Virginia Beach, Virginia under a military family. His parents were medical scientists who had previously worked on manufacturing a chemical that would help defend the body from biological weapons. When the bombs dropped, Jason along with his parents were pulled to be part of the faction that is now known as 'The Enclave'. His parents (while with the Enclave) were tasked with moddifying the FEV virus to have more positive effects. Jason immediately took under his parents wing and was with them during most of their research. Jason under their watch never socialized much but showed a great interest for science. He spent most of his time watching his parent work and even staying up late to read his parents notes. At the age of 18 he was assigned with aiding his parents when the same task. The 'Enclave' had hoped a new mind would aid efforts as Jasons' parents were losing hope after years without results. When Jason reached 20, his parents were killed in a viral outbreak that involved the FEV virus infecting them. His parents had to be killed by the soldiers on guard. This event inspired Jason to work even harder toward the goal so his parents lives would not be a waste. He was completely unaware that the 'accident' was staged by the Enclave to get a young Jason more involved in the work

While they did offer Jason with partners in his work, he preferred to do it alone. He spent countless years trying to find a way to make the virus less negative on the human body. Forty years had passed without much success. It was at this point that Jason had been restationed to the west coast. It was here that things went wrong. The outpost that Jason was working at had become under siege by super mutants. Jason was in his lab finishing working on the virus for the day when it happened. He could hear the gun fire MD almost panicked. He look at the container holding the virus and a 10mm pistol. He weighed the options for several seconds until he heard the super mutants get close. He grabbed the container and injected himself with virus do to be to scared of dying. The mutation was extremely painful to such a point that he wanted to kill himself what what in to much pain to do so. When the super mutants broke into his lab and saw a fellow super mutant they didn't suspect anything (as super mutants kinda lack on intelligence). Jason stood up and could barely hold himself together. He knew what he had done but the moment still shocked him. He grabbed a bag and loaded it full of his papers and holotapes. After wandering through the facility and finding his commanders special plasma rifle, he stuck with the super mutants. It was with them that he got his armor and axe. Over the first few days, Jason noticed himself getting more violent. However, his work had payed off even a bit. He was able to retain much of his former knowledge though he does have slight amnesia. After spending several more years with the other super mutants, he simply left. He has spent his time roaming the waste land in hopes that he will someday find someone who can help him become normal again.

Misc: Being a super mutant, Jason does have some perks. He is immune to radiation, disease, age, and even heals much quicker than humans. He is also much stronger and has more endurance.
