If you want you can have Archangel go to Tony or Reed when Reed becomes publically known, and we can come up with some weapon for Archangel.  I had in the past given Archangel a bo staff, but I recall this image from a while back where Archangel had a mask for high altitude flight and a rifle which fired anti-riot bean bags and like a few other non lethal options.
